PREAMBLE:
Gastronomy & Quality are our conditions to select the best products.
We only work with producers who respect the hygiene norms and choose the best ingredients to elaborate the finest product for you.
The quality comes also by the fact that our producers commit to work with season ingredients. Due to this, some of our products are sold only during a short period and up to end of stock, until next year. For any remark, please feel free to contact us: contact@europaflavor.com
A1: ORDER
We recommend you to buy for a minimum per order of 50 Euros net and ex-works (Ex-works means before packing, freight charges and any taxes). In order to optimise this minimum per order, we recommend you to group your order with some friends or family ones, to be worth it for you in regards to the freight costs.
Any validated order which have been acknowledged by our Customer Service, is considered as a commitment from you.
At receipt of our order acknowledgement and without any feedback from you within 2 days, Europa Flavor keeps all rights to cancel your order.
Your order will be definitely firm at receipt of the entire payment noted in our order acknowledgement.
A2: PRICE
Our invoices are established only in Euro currency.
All the noted prices on our webshop have to be understood VAT included and ex-works(to add packing and freight fees).
For information only, you can see the prices in different currencies.
All the involved fees for each order will be detailed in our order acknowledgement and they will be guaranteed up to the delivery of the goods.
Europa Flavor keeps all rights to modify the prices in our website, whenever it is necessary.
A3: PAYMENT
The payment of your order has to be done to Europa Flavor and only by credit card through Paypal secured payment system indicated in our web shop.
Your order will be considered as firm only at receipt of the total amount shown in our order acknowledgement. At receipt of the total amount, we will ship the ordered products.

A4: WITHDRAWAL
-For any withdrawal after having paid the total amount of your order and before the shipment of The goods, we keep all rights to take off 10% from the total amount received, for cancellation fees.
The remaining amount will be paid back to you within 1 month.
-However, and following the French law regarding the article L121-16 of the Consumption Code, at receipt of your order, you have a thought period of 7 days to withdraw. If that case appears, the return of the goods intact and in their original packing, will be at your entire charge.
At receipt, the refund of your order will be done within 1 month, except for the products missing, damaged or opened.

A5: CLAIM
Any claim for missing item, noticed at the delivery, must be addressed to our Customer Service immediately. We will then, proceed to the shipment of the missing item.
No claims will be accepted over 48 hours from receipt of the goods.
In case of lawsuit, only the French Court of Nancy(France) will have the power of decision.
A6: QUALITY
Quality and tradition are the main targets for us to select our products.
Europa Flavor works only with producers worried to respect the hygiene and security norms for their products.

2-Term of shipment & delivery
For any shipment in France, the VAT will be applied on the order confirmation.
For any shipment outside European Community, the customs fees and other taxes applied by the country of destination will remain at the buyer charge.
Moreover, due to the fact that the importation legislation of each country, able to change regularly and being under the buyer responsibility, we recommend you to verify the one of your country before ordering our products.
A1: LEAD-TIME
The indicated lead-time in our order acknowledgement or confirmed by e-mail, is only for information. If a sudden delay will occur, you will be informed immediately at receipt of your order.
Europa Flavor commits to deliver you the goods as quick as possible. However, we will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery done by the carrier or from any “Force majeur” (war, flood, fire, accident, strike).
-Shipment with "Colissimo"(secured parcel post)
-Express Shipment if required, with "DHL Express" or "Chronopost".
A2: FEES
All fees (packing and freight) are billed, except if any special agreement done between the two parties.
A3: DELIVERY CHECK
Europa Flavor recommends you to check the goods at receipt and with the carrier (or postman). If you notice any problem, please indicate it on the carrier's tracking document (example: pack damaged or opened). Without your information on the tracking document, your claim afterwards will not be considered.
No returns accepted except if agreements or following French legislation(see above paragraphs).
