Mix very perfumed to realise your special breads with Provence taste (add at end of the dough knead from 3 to 10% of the flour weight or following your tastes - Pack for 5 breads of 750g +/-)

Try it also on:
-Home made Pizzas, just before spreadding the cheese: add 1 or 2 teaspoons and put in the oven.
-Home made pizza dough: add 1 or 2 teaspoons at the end of knead
-Your fishes 'en papillote'(baked in an enveloppe of greased paper)
-Mix Salads: spread the needed quantity. Mix well before serving to have this Croustimix a bit wet
