Laurel Jelly

Subtil taste for this excellent jelly . Bring an original and savory touch to your meals. Very good with white meats, games, stews, river fishes, great for your marinades.
Preservative and food coloring free. This jelly has the particularity to be conserved a long time after aperture.

Ingredients: apples, brown and white sugars, wine vinegar, bay leaf(laurel)

Info: idea of the producer: Put 2 tablespoons of this jelly inside your rabbit ready to cook and spread a thin layer on the outside. Or for spit roasting, baste the outside whilst cooking to obtain a thin crust on it. Enjoy it!
