Crayfishes Soup

This excellent fish soup was honorred during a culinary contest (Trophy 'Hérault Gourmand 2005').
Preservative and food coloring free, no additives.
Serve it along with our rusty sauce.

Ingredients: Crayfish 25%, water, tomatoes, vegetables, olive oil, white wine, flour, garlic, salt, pepper, saffron and aromatics
