The meat is stewed, very tender. Delicious flavour along with steamed potatoes and few gherkins.

Info: If you go to this area, make a stop at this farm of Bellegarde, located outside this village direction Albi. The smile of the owners is already a welcome and their products are excellent. They make alos B&B and the breakfast is huge!
Here some of their fresh products done with the goat milk -to buy on site, no shipment-: fresh or mauturing cheeses nature or flavoured, yogurts natural or with vanilla or with home-made marmalade, caramel baked custard, brousse. A delight !
