At least, the pleasure to work a flour specially created for all pie bases and pastas Ingredients: strong wheat flour, gluten Weight: 1 kg Origin: Nomexy (Vosges - Lorraine) France Recipe of Miller: Pasta for fresh noddles Ingredients : -250g of this flour -6 egg yolks + 2 white -1 pinch of salt -a bit of water .Mix all the ingredients. Spread some flour on your table and lay it delicacy your pasta base with a roller (it does not have to break during this work), to obtain a very fine thickness. Let it resting at least 2 hours. Cut small and thin slices (width up to you), put them on a clean cloth, let dry in your warm kitchen. Cooking: put them in boiled and salty water and cook gently for around 1/2 hour. Info + : Combine with our Preserved Tomatos Olive Oil and few pieces of chorizo or ham, surrounded with a fillet of Olive Oil and a pinch of Sea parsley Mmmm...
