Achards of Vegetables

Mix of vegetables minced and conserved, served traditionally with typical meals as the carry or the rougail, presented with rice.
To use also with mixed salads, with white meat or fish.
For an original aperitif, present it on small toasts.

Ingredients: vegetables 80% (carrot, cabbage, french beans), pepper, saffron, spices, salt, vinegar, oil
